This page explains how to request deletion of the data linked to your use of Bee Garden. Bee Garden does not require you to create an account with a password — most of your progress is stored locally on your device. This page nonetheless covers every piece of data we may hold about you, whether it is stored on your device, backed up to the game's cloud, or collected anonymously for analytics and support.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your data, follow the procedure below.
Request by email
- Send an email to contact@bee-garden.fr.
- Use the subject line: "Bee Garden data deletion request".
- In the body, please include:
- the platform you use (Android, iOS or browser);
- if you have one, the email address you previously used to contact us;
- a confirmation that you are requesting deletion of your data.
We acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with applicable laws (GDPR, LGPD, CCPA, etc.).
Note: most of your progress is stored locally on your device. You can also uninstall Bee Garden and clear its data from your device settings to immediately delete local data — however, in that case, any cloud backup associated with your device will not be removed unless you contact us.
Data that is deleted
Once the procedure is complete, the following data is deleted:
- Your game progress: hive, honey varieties, upgrades, seasonal milestones, gameplay statistics.
- Your cloud save tied to the device identifier, if any.
- Your in-game preferences (language, sounds, notifications, consent choices).
- Your support correspondence (emails, messages, attachments) — if you explicitly ask us to.
- The crash logs and diagnostics linked to your device identifier.
Data that is retained, and for how long
Some data may be retained beyond your request, for legal, accounting or security reasons. On its own, this retained data does not allow us to re-identify you.

In-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by those platforms under their own policies. To request deletion of the data held by Apple or Google, please contact those platforms directly.
What deletion means for you
- Your progress is permanently lost. We cannot restore it after deletion.
- If you reinstall Bee Garden later, you will start fresh with a new hive.
- In-app purchases linked to your platform account (Apple ID, Google account) remain attached to that platform account and can be restored via the "Restore purchases" option in the game.
