Welcome to Bee Garden. Bee Garden is published by TWOPOINT, a company registered in France, with its registered office at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France (twopoint.fr). In these Terms and Conditions, "we", "us" and "our" refer to TWOPOINT.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Bee Garden and related services, including our website and mobile applications. By playing Bee Garden or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all players, whether you are tending a single backyard hive or curating a vast apiary across the seasons. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Use of Our Services

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bee Garden. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent to play and to make any in-app purchases. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Account and Save Data

Some features may rely on a local save file or, in the future, an optional cloud save. You are responsible for keeping your device, your save data and any associated credentials safe. Notify us at contact@bee-garden.fr if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or data.

• Do not share access credentials with others.
• Do not use another player's credentials or save file.
• Keep your contact information accurate and up to date when communicating with us.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Bee Garden in a lawful and respectful manner. Prohibited activities include:

• Using cheats, hacks, modified clients or unauthorized software to alter gameplay.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract the source code of the game.
• Posting or transmitting offensive, harmful or unlawful content through any feature we may offer.
• Attempting to disrupt, overload or interfere with our servers or services.
• Using the game or its assets for commercial purposes without our written permission.

In-App Purchases

Bee Garden may offer optional in-app purchases through the Apple App Store, Google Play or other authorized payment platforms. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees and taxes.
• Use only payment methods you are authorized to use.
• Acknowledge that, except where required by law or by the relevant store's policies, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

We do not store your payment information; transactions are handled by the relevant store and its payment processors. For refund requests, please follow the procedure of the store where the purchase was made. For game-specific issues, contact us at contact@bee-garden.fr.

Virtual Goods

In-game items, currencies and progression are virtual and have no real-world value. They cannot be redeemed, exchanged or transferred outside the game. You do not own these items; you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use them within Bee Garden.

Content and Ownership

Our Content

All game content — including artwork, illustrations, music, sound effects, characters, bee and honey designs, source code, text and trademarks — is owned by TWOPOINT or its licensors, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or publicly display this content without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed for personal, non-commercial use.

User-Generated Content

Any content you submit to us — such as screenshots, fan art, suggestions or messages sent through our support channels — grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display and distribute it for promotional or operational purposes related to Bee Garden.

You agree that your content will not:

• Infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks or privacy rights.
• Contain offensive, defamatory, hateful or unlawful material.
• Disrupt the experience of other players or the integrity of the game.

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these terms or that we consider inappropriate.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Bee Garden is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with all devices. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to your use of the game is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of game progress.

Termination and Governing Law

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Bee Garden if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. You may stop using Bee Garden at any time by uninstalling the application.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or to the use of Bee Garden will, where permitted by law, be resolved by the competent courts of France. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of Bee Garden after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
